To Town Park RV
Condominium, a part of the Wilderness RV Park
Estates RV complex, with privately owned,
deeded RV lots. We are in Silver
Springs, near Ocala, Florida, on the
edge of the Ocklawaha River and the Cross Florida
Greenway . Located in Marion County, Florida, on State Road
40 and the Ocklawaha River bridge about 5 miles
East of the Silver Springs Super Wal-Mart, our beautiful
park features natural surroundings, Ocklawaha
River access and lots of activities.
Our 140 individual RV Lots vary in size
from 2800 to 6500 sq feet. Some Lots enjoy water
or forest views. Many owners have beautiful
landscaping, sheds and other improvements to augment their RV
lifestyle. Some have opted for 500 sq foot Park
Models with front porches and decks. Others have
fifth wheels, motor coaches and trailers. Many have beautiful gardens and significant landscape improvements adding to the beauty of our park.
Many owners enjoy our Wilderness location all year round,
but the Winter season is our busy time as many
owners retreat from the cold and snow !
Our Florida "city dwellers" escape the rush of every day
city life to enjoy this nature surrounded get-away
spot and relax .
A visitor here will witness our owners moving about
Town in golf cars, the favored
in-park transport, attending various activities
both in Wilderness and Town Club, swimming in the
Town heated pool and generally
enjoying a full social life. You might pass a
fifth wheel leaving for a short trip, as many
owners travel from Town Park for a few days or a few weeks, visiting family,
visiting friends and enjoying their
RV travels.
Should you visit in the evening hours you
will see increased golf car activity as owners visit one
another, attend bingo / card / potluck and other evening activities. There is never a dull moment
in the Wilderness complex and you may participate as much or as little as you like.

Directors annually. Our individual properties, our
deeded RV lots, are bought and sold just as any
other real estate. We practice strong support of our recorded
covenants which aid us in maintaining
the quality of our park.
